GS 5-6 Brass Eyelets

Stimpson’s GS® 5-6 Brass Eyelet is part of an eyelet group consisting of a matrix of 72 eyelets where the length and outside barrel diameters are graduated by 1/32”. The GS® 5-6 eyelet is designed with an overall length of 0.217”, a hole size of 0.127”, and its metal thickness is 0.01”.  The flange diameter of this eyelet is 0.245”, with an outside diameter of 0.152”, and a length under flange of 0.187”. Stimpson’s GS® eyelet fastening system provides manufacturers the flexibility of utilizing all lengths of the same barrel diameter without changing setting machinery. Semi-automatic and fully-automatic setting machines easily set GS® eyelets ensuring installation runs smoothly and efficiently.
