Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties
No Hassles - Our top priority is to provide the best possible service, which is why all our products are guaranteed and come with a full warranty against defects. If you should experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly replace the defective parts at no additional cost to you.
We will offer a full refund for items unused and in re-saleable condition within 30 days. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Once the parts are inspected, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges from the original invoice) will be credited to the customer's original credit card account. Defective items are covered under Stimpson's warranty and will be replaced completely free of charge including no-charge return shipping. Have an issue or return?
