The stainless steel #2 self-piercing grommet features a hole size of 3/8", a length under flange of .200”, and a metal thickness of .010”. The corresponding washer has an inside diameter of .437”, an outside diameter of .770”, and a metal thickness of .010”. Stimpson's 405 Bench Press easily set E-Series #2 self-piercing grommets and washers by pinching the material between the barrel of the grommet and the flat edge of the washer and then cutting a hole in the material in one action.
