#2 ROLLED RIM GROMMET and SPUR WASHER BRASS (2RRGSW)

Stimpson’s #2 brass rolled rim grommet and spur washer offers the greatest strength of setting for a variety of applications. Available in three finishes, the #2 rolled rim grommet features a hole size of 7/16”, a length under flange of .255”, and a metal thickness of .018”. The inside diameter of the spur washer is .512”, with an outside diameter of .890”, and a metal thickness of .018”. Stimpson’s #2 rolled rim grommet features a stylish, smooth rolled edge while the circumference of the inside rim of the washer is lined with interlocking spurs that grasp the fabric or material resulting in a rugged and unyielding setting. This multipurpose grommet and washer combination can be used in a variety of materials including industrial fabrics, marine canvas, boat covers, awnings, and heavy-duty vinyl tarps as long as a hole has been pre-punched in the material. Manual, semi-automatic, and fully-automatic grommet setting machines easily set #2 grommets and spur washers ensuring installation runs smoothly and efficiently.
