#1 SELF-PIERCING GROMMET and WASHER BRASS (SPGW1)

Stimpson’s brass #1 self-piercing grommet and washers pierce the material and set the grommet in one single action. Manufactured from a heavier gauge brass and available in three finishes, the #1 self-piercing grommet features a hole size of 5/16", a length under flange of .200”, and a metal thickness of .015”. The corresponding washer has an inside diameter of .400”, an outside diameter of .655”, and a metal thickness of .011”. Stimpson's 405 Bench Press easily set #1 self-piercing grommets and washers by pinching the material between the barrel of the grommet and the flat edge of the washer and then cutting a hole in the material in one action.
