GS 2-7 Brass Eyelets

Stimpson’s GS® 2-7 brass eyelet is part of an eyelet group consisting of a matrix of 72 eyelets where the length and outside barrel diameters are graduated by 1/32”. The GS® 2-7 eyelet is designed with an overall length of 0.239”, a hole size of 0.045”, and its metal thickness is 0.007”.  The flange diameter of this eyelet is 0.105”, with an outside diameter of 0.059”, and a length under flange of 0.239”. Stimpson’s GS® eyelet fastening system provides manufacturers the flexibility of utilizing all lengths of the same barrel diameter without changing setting machinery. Semi-automatic and fully-automatic setting machines easily set GS® eyelets ensuring installation runs smoothly and efficiently.
