#2XL SELF-PIERCING GROM and WASHER BRASS (ESPGW2XL)

Stimpson’s E-Series light gauge #2XL brass self-piercing grommet and washers pierce the material and set the grommet in one single action. The E-Series 2XL features a longer neck for thicker materials and manufactured from high-quality brass. This self-piercing grommet features a hole size of 3/8", a length under flange of .500” and a metal thickness of .012”. The corresponding washer has an inside diameter of .437”, an outside diameter of .770” and a metal thickness of .010”. Manual grommet setting machines easily set #2 self-piercing grommets and washers by pinching the material between the barrel of the grommet and the flat edge of the washer and then cutting a hole in the material in one action.
